Wine & Waves by Air

Lift off from Paso, land at a winery, and trace the coast past Hearst Castle and Morro Rock.

A helicopter tour that combines Paso's two big draws: the vineyards and the ocean. You fly over the westside hills to the coast, follow Highway 1 past the castle on the Enchanted Hill, then turn inland for a landing and tasting at a partner estate.

The Winemaker's Table

Spend an afternoon with a Paso winemaker, then sit down to dinner they've paired.

This is the one you can't book anywhere else. A winemaker friend of the house walks you through the vineyard and cellar, pulls samples straight from the barrel, and talks through how the blend comes together. In the evening, a private chef cooks a dinner paired to their wines, at the winery or at the bungalow's table.
