The Madrona House
The house

A 1915 Craftsman, reimagined

Light-filled and quiet, on a peaceful street about eight blocks from the downtown square and seven from the Paso Robles Event Center.

Inside

White oak floors run through an open living room and kitchen under vaulted, exposed-beam ceilings. The dining table seats four and expands to six. New double-pane windows, many with top-down/bottom-up shades, keep things quiet and cool.

The bathroom is the showpiece: hand-painted Japanese mosaic tile, a slatted-wood floating vanity and Hansgrohe fixtures.

Sleeping

  • Bedroom 1: king bed, opens to the private rear deck
  • Bedroom 2: two single beds (can be configured as a second king)
  • Living room: double sofa bed

Outside

A front garden of lavender, sage, olive and apple trees behind the picket fence. Out back, Adirondack chairs on a private deck, and a patio with a picnic table, a red umbrella and string lights for long evenings.
